Little millet is known as the king of millets because of its rich nutritional and medicinal profile. It contains high levels of phosphorus, B-vitamins, calcium, iron, zinc and potassium. It is considered to be good for people with low body mass. The large quantity of complex carbohydrates in this millet flour digests slowly which can be extremely helpful for people with diabetes.
Cooking Instructions
Wash and soak the millet for at least 6 hours before cooking.
